Special Closed Meeting Related to Potential Annexation Litigation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Board of Supervisors of Castle Rock Township has scheduled a Closed Special Meeting beginning at 6:10 p.m., on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the Castle Rock Township, 2537 240th Street West, Farmington, MN 55024. This meeting shall not be open to the public and shall only be a meeting of the Town Board, the Town Attorney, and the Town Clerk.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss potential annexation litigation, the benefits and risks of potential annexation litigation, and potential annexation litigation strategy. This meeting shall be closed for attorney client privilege.
